- Medical insurance – Advantage significantly contributes towards medical insurance with Anthem (formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield) for both the employee and eligible dependents. Employee premiums are deducted pre-tax. Coverage begins on the first of the month after a new employee’s start date.
- Dental insurance – Advantage significantly contributes towards dental insurance with Guardian Dental for both the employee and eligible dependents. Employee premiums are deducted pre-tax. Coverage begins on the first of the month after a new employee’s start date.
- Life insurance – Advantage significantly contributes towards a $10,000 life insurance policy thru The Hartford for all eligible employees.
- Missouri’s MO$T – Advantage offers a plan whereby you may put aside dollars for the education of your children, yourself, or your spouse. Earnings are not taxable until time of withdrawal and there may be tax advantages dependent upon your state of residence.
- 401k plan – Advantage has in place a 401k plan whereby deductions are made pre-tax and invested per your direction with The Standard. Employees may participate the first of the month after 90 days of employment but can make rollovers from prior employer funds at any time.
- Short term and long term disability insurance – Advantage has contracted with The Hartford to provide you the opportunity to purchase this coverage at group rates with the convenience of payroll deduction.
- Education benefits – Full time employees may participate at no cost in our affiliated company’s (Object Computing, Inc.) technical classes.
