Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and you are the winner! Make an easy $1,000!!!

The adage "It's who you know" really comes into play when considering the Advantage Referral program. This program was designed to award the recruitment efforts of all current employees and prospective candidates who have friends/colleagues that may be seeking a new career. You don't even have to be an employee to participate!

Help your friends/colleagues find the job they deserve and make CASH on the side at the same time! The best recruiter can be you. Word-of-mouth referrals have the most impact and that is why we offer a bonus each time you help us place a candidate.

Eligibility

A current Advantage Employee
A current Object Computing, Inc. (OCI) Employee
Any individual who delivers a candidates with the skill set and values we look for in potential new hires

Referral Bonus Amount

Participants will receive a $1,000 bonus for referring a new candidate (who is hired) paid out in two payments.

A $1000 referral bonus will be structured as follows: (provided the employee remains employed and billable)

$500 referral bonus will be paid three months from hire date
$500 referral bonus awarded twelve months from hire date
